MAX MARS KIDNAPPING

My son Max Mars was kindapped in 2022 by organized group of criminals from Ukrainian mafia cartel “Kodlo Gondona Nahornogo” and California Mafia Cartel - who executed massive child trafficking schema of international abduction of my son outside of the United States to Ukraine, locked up my son Max Mars hostage without right for a phone call, and used my son Max Mars as the leverage for extortion of money and documents.

Reporting criminals from California Mafia Cartel and Santa Clara Mafia Cartel started from the moment when criminals from California Mafia Cartel dumped 65 RICO complaints about child trafficking and racketeering by group of criminals from Santa Clara Mafia Cartel who kidnapped my son Max Mars and were extorting money from me using threats of unlawful incarceration and my son as the leverage for extortion of money and documents.

Open conflict with Santa Clara Mafia Cartel started in 2023 after disqualification of bribe-taker and child trafficker Andrea Flint, who was detaining my son Max Mars hostage without right for a phone call during more than a year, using my son for extortion of money and documents, and later - issued restraining order (DVRO) 11/28/2023 against me acting outside of her jurisdiction post disqualification 11/13/2023.

Open conflict with Santa Clara Mafia Cartel continued in 2024 with disqualified bribe-taker, child trafficker and racketeer Stephen Lowney, who denied custody review and finalization of divorce case 10 times, denied release of my son from unlawful detention, and was extorting money and documents using threats of unlawful incarceration and my son Max Mars as leverage for extortion of money and documents.

On 11/23/2023 Gnyda Nahorna (Hanna Mars) was beating my son Max Mars on his birthday for hugging me and talking to me - after I greeted my son Max Mars on his birthday despite strict prohibition of all contact by Gnyda Nahorna, her father Gondon Nahornyy, disqualified bribe-taker Andrea Flint, and fucked crooks from Sunnyvale Police Department.

On 06/14/2024 fucked crook Chase Martin, criminal from Sunnyvale Police Department, acting under color of law together with his unidentified criminal associate from Sunnyvale PD, committed theft of donuts and hot chocolate from my son Max Mars, stole Hotwheels Tesla Cybertruck with Donald Trump and book “Warrior Kid” by Jocko Willink from my son Max Mars, and committed unlawful arrest against me - coercing me to surrender custody rights and abaondon my son Max Mars under threats of unlawful incarceration, acting in criminal conspiracy with kidnappers and members of Santa Clara Mafia Cartel - Stephen Lowney, Beth McGowen, Nancy Roberts, Gondon Nahornyy and Gnyda Nahorna.

On 12/25/2025 on my direct request to release my son Max Mars, both in private calls/messages, and in public message, kidnappers Gondon Nahornyy, Pedofile Omelchenko, Gnyda Nahorna, her mother Suka Nahorna, and her brother Mykyta Nahornyy refused to release my son Max Mars to freedom, and refused to give me a phone call with my son Max Mars, who fucked kidnappers detain hostage without right for a phone call since 2022 - confirming their criminal intentions.

Max Mars is my son, he was born free, and he deserves freedom - regardless of any terror by kidnappers, aggressive Ukrainian homosexual pedofiles and serial racketeers Sir Gay Gondon Nahornyy and Ivan Pedofile Omelchenko.

While Max is alive - I will not abandon my son Max Mars in hands of kidnappers.
